Practical Tips for Safer Play

Keeping gambling enjoyable means staying disciplined. These straightforward habits help Bangladesh players maintain a healthy relationship with online betting and casino games.

Set a strict budget before you start playing and stick to it — decide in advance how much you are comfortable losing, and never chase losses to recover money.
Use the deposit limit tool to cap your weekly spend at a comfortable level — even if you win and feel tempted to reload, the limit keeps automatic control in place.
Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, extreme stress, or emotional pressure. Decision-making is impaired in those states, and financial mistakes become more likely.
Take regular breaks — set a timer and step away every 30-60 minutes. Long uninterrupted sessions increase impulsive betting and reduce enjoyment over time.
Keep gambling separate from essential expenses — rent, food, school fees, and family obligations in Dhaka or anywhere in Bangladesh must always come first, without exception.

Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not always look dramatic. Often it starts quietly: a few extra deposits that feel justified, a longer session to "win it back", or a small secret kept from family. For players in Bangladesh, social pressure and easy access through bKash and Nagad can make the early warning signs easy to overlook.

Common warning signs include: gambling more than you intended, lying about losses, borrowing money to fund gambling, using gambling as a way to escape everyday problems, or feeling unable to stop even when you want to. If you recognize two or more of these patterns in yourself, please contact us immediately.

aq666 is committed to keeping gambling a positive experience. We will never pressure you to keep playing if you have expressed a desire to stop. Our responsible gaming tools are free to use, apply instantly, and are always treated with complete confidentiality. Your wellbeing matters more to us than your deposits.
